Beauty in Pieces, explores the tension between brokenness and beauty, asking what it means to piece ourselves back together. I use paper as both material and metaphor—fragmented scraps stitched into wholeness, imperfections layered into something enduring.​​ The quilts resist traditional methods of precision and order; instead, I embrace an improvisational approach to sewing. Seams may wander, edges may misalign, and patterns may fracture, but it is within these mistakes that meaning emerges. Every stitch becomes an act of acceptance, a refusal to conceal flaws.
